    Of those sessions only. Your own traffic is never part of the calculation, however busy the station gets.

    A share of named sessions is checkable. A share of growth above a baseline is a number you would have to take on trust — so we don't bill that way.

  • We are paid for the thing you want

    Nothing reaches an invoice unless a driver actually charged at your station. Idle chargers cost us, not you.

    No licences, no seats, no setup bill. Connect thirty more chargers and the bill only moves if they get used.

Is there really no upfront or per-charger fee?
Correct. Connecting your network, the operator dashboard and the API are free. The only thing you ever pay is a share of the sessions that arrive through Chargespot.
Which sessions do you take a share of?
Only the ones a driver started after finding or routing to your station in Chargespot. Each is attributed when it starts and appears on your statement as its own line — station, connector, energy, time. Sessions you already had stay entirely yours.
How do I check a session was really yours to pay for?
Open the list and look. Every billed session is itemised against the station it happened at, so you can match it to your own records rather than take our word for it. Dispute anything that doesn't reconcile.
What share do you take?
It depends on your network's size, locations and current utilization, so we quote it per operator. You see the number before you commit to anything.
Is there a lock-in or minimum commitment?
No minimums, no long lock-in. You pay on sessions we actually send, so there is little reason to stay if it isn't working — and every reason for us to make it work.
Do I still control my own pricing?
Yes. You set your tariffs per station, within the service-charge ceiling the Ministry of Power sets for public charging. ChargeID never prices on your behalf.
