How do you define “incremental” demand?
We baseline each station's utilization before you go live. You share only on the sessions above that baseline that come through Chargespot routing — never on demand you already had.
What share do you take?
It depends on your network's size, locations and current utilization, so we quote it per operator. We model it on your real stations during the demo, and you see the numbers before you commit.
How and when do I get paid?
Every session is metered and settled, with per-station statements you can reconcile. Payouts follow your agreed cycle, and roaming settlements are handled for you.
Is there a lock-in or minimum commitment?
No minimums and no long lock-in. Since you only pay on demand we actually deliver, there's little reason to stay if it isn't working — and every reason for us to make it work.
Do I still control my own pricing?
