Terms of service

The terms that govern your use of the ChargeID website and operator platform, both provided by Charge23.

Last updated 12 July 2026

By using chargeid.in or the ChargeID operator platform, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain language and kept short; a full commercial agreement governs any paid or launch-partner engagement.

Using the service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use ChargeID to run and monitor your own charging network. You agree to use it lawfully, to keep your account credentials secure, and not to attempt to access another operator's data.

Your account and data

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you connect and for activity under your account. You keep ownership of your network's data; you grant us the rights we need to operate the service and route demand to your stations.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service — no interfering with its operation, reverse-engineering it, reselling access without agreement, or using it to break the law or another party's rights.

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep ChargeID reliable, but we provide it on an “as available” basis and may update or improve features over time. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes that affect how you use it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Charge23 isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you've paid us for the service. Nothing here excludes liability that can't be excluded by law.
