Privacy policy

How Charge23 collects, uses and protects the information you share when you use the ChargeID website and platform.

Last updated 12 July 2026

This policy is a plain-language summary of how we handle your data. It applies to chargeid.in and the ChargeID operator platform, both operated by Charge23. It isn't a substitute for legal advice, and we'll update it as the product grows.

What we collect

We collect the details you give us directly — your name, work email, network name, and anything you write in a demo request or support message. When you use the operator platform, we also process station, session and settlement data on your behalf so we can show you utilization, reliability and revenue.

How we use it

We use your information to run the service, respond to you, route demand to your stations, and improve how ChargeID works. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with other operators — your network's numbers are yours alone.

Sharing and processors

We share data only with the service providers that help us operate — for hosting, analytics, payments and communication — under agreements that require them to protect it. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

Keeping it safe

Access is scoped so one operator can never see another's data, and we hold information only as long as we need it to provide the service or meet our legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of non-essential email at any time. Reach us and we'll act on it promptly.
